Data about workspace members

Name, email address and sign-in data; the workspace you belong to and your role; what you do in the console (for example replies you send and settings you change), kept as an audit trail.

Billing details for paid workspaces — company name, address, tax ID and billing email — are held by Stripe, which processes card payments. We never see or store full card numbers.

Data about a store's customers

Messages, photos and files customers send; the language they write in; order, product and shipping data the store connects; and, when the store identifies a signed-in customer, that customer's ID and order history.

We use it only to answer that store's customers, route conversations to its team and show the store its own reports. Customer identity is never carried from one visitor to another, and one store's data is never used for another store.

Product-feedback submissions include what the person typed, an optional screenshot and email address, and the page and device they came from. Screenshots are deleted after 180 days.

AI processing

Answers are generated by models running on Cloudflare Workers AI and checked by a judging model through Cloudflare AI Gateway. Your data is not used to train these models.

Where data lives and who processes it

purser runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage, AI). Payments are processed by Stripe. Channels you connect (Shopify, WhatsApp, Instagram, email) receive the messages sent through them. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Retention and your rights

We keep workspace data while the workspace exists and delete it within 30 days of a request to delete the workspace, except records we must keep by law. Members can ask us to access, correct or delete their data; a store's customers should contact the store, and we help the store respond.
