Questions
- What counts as an AI conversation?
- A conversation the AI answers in: up to 10 AI replies within 24 hours count once. After 30 AI replies in one conversation a person takes over. Conversations only your team answers are free, however many.
- What happens when Free runs out?
- The AI steps aside and new conversations go to your team, with nothing lost. It comes back on the 1st of the month, or right away when you upgrade.
- Is billing per person?
- Per workspace. Each plan includes seats for your team; add people beyond that at $9 a month each. Free has 2 seats.
- Invoices and tax
- Every invoice carries your company name, address and tax ID, and can be downloaded as a PDF at any time. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. You pay by card; annual plans are one invoice a year.
- Changing or cancelling
- Upgrade whenever you like — you pay the prorated difference at once. Downgrades apply immediately with a credit on the next invoice. Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of what you paid for, then the workspace is on Free. Your data stays.
- If a payment fails
- Stripe retries the card. You keep your plan for 7 days; after that the workspace works under Free limits until the invoice is paid. Nothing is deleted.
- The feedback tool
- Free forever on every plan, with or without purser support: 1,000 submissions a month on Free, 10,000 on paid plans, 50,000 on Scale.
